The hotel is really clean and has a nice bar with late-night service. Parking is a hassle and costs $25 a day. The indoor pool was a nice bonus for relaxation. I'm glad we had easy access to the downtown area. Just a heads up, the remote for the TV in our room didn't work.

The location is perfect, right across from the stadium, and the outdoor area is nice for kids. Parking can be a hassle with tight spaces and a hefty fee. Housekeeping needs improvement; the bathroom wasn't fully cleaned. Breakfast had a good variety. The pool is tiny but clean. Would stay again but hope for better service next time.

The location was ideal, right by the stadium, with a safe parking garage. Breakfast was good, despite a few items running low. check-in was marred by indifferent front desk staff, which affected the overall vibe. A little overpriced given its amenities, it felt like they were still finding their footing. The building looked great, but service inconsistencies left something to be desired. A mixed bag of experiences, really, but there’s potential if they sort out a few issues.

The room was spacious and the open concept design made it feel inviting. Cleanliness stood out initially, but details like a sticky substance near the window and some stains on the mattress were concerning. The temperature control worked well, providing a comfortable environment. Unfortunately, noise from the busy highway was noticeable at night, affecting our sleep. The beds were comfortable, offering good support. We also encountered issues with the TV channels not working properly. despite some cleanliness oversight and noise disturbances, the overall ambiance was pleasant.

Decent location, just a 15-minute walk to Broadway. E-scooters make it even easier to navigate. The pool and laundry facilities were a welcome surprise, especially in the heat. Valet service was commendable, but the rooms have issues. TVs were outdated and unreliable. Low water pressure and uncomfortable pillows detracted from the experience. While there are positives, substantial improvements are necessary to enhance the overall experience.

I had the best time enjoying the convenient access to downtown Nashville, with a short walk of about 15 minutes over the pedestrian bridge bringing you right into the heart of Broadway, while the Nissan Stadium is just steps away across the street, making it ideal for events like the Monster Jam World Finals, and I loved the clean, modern rooms that provided amazing city views; however, there were some minor issues with cleaning services that could still use improvement.

We had an amazing city view and it was just a short walk across the bridge to excitement! The staff was incredibly friendly, resolving every little query I had in a heartbeat. The indoor saltwater pool was a refreshing treat after a day of exploring!
